Bree Glaeser is a director of innovation strategy. She uses human-centered design thinking to uncover consumer insights, develop business strategies and pioneer new technologies for brand innovation.


With a Master’s in strategic design and management from Parsons School of Design, Bree uses her expertise in design thinking to create cutting-edge business solutions. She has conducted research for Harvard Medical School and The New School for Social Research; contributed to product development and marketing initiatives for global brands like Unilever, Danone and Mondelez; developed the first Alexa-powered product selection tool for retail; and earned the Women of Excellence in Innovation Award from the Path to Purchase Institute. She believes innovation lies at the intersection of design and business and brings a deep understanding of both to every product launch and brand challenge.
